When you book an appointment, you are not buying a product, you are paying for my time, and all of the knowledge, experience, education, training and talent that I put into every service I perform.
I understand that occasionally there is a true emergency that would prevent you from keeping your appointment, but Permanent make-up is a lengthy procedure and I am a small, independent artist setting aside 2 - 3 hours especially for you. This is generally one third to one half of my entire work day and without sufficient notice it is impossible to fill a gap left by a short term or last minute cancellation. This is my livelihood, and I rely on the fulfillment of booked appointments. Therefore, the following parameters will be enforced:
First appointment: $100 booking fee is required to schedule an appointment, which is applied to your final cost. This is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you may apply your $100 booking fee to your new appointment if I am given 3 days notice. If I do not have 3 days notice I will need to collect another $100 booking fee to reschedule.
Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will lose the booking fee as well as be required to make payment in full for the procedure to be rescheduled.
Touch-ups: Since touch-ups are often scheduled 5 or more weeks out, I will not require a deposit at the time of booking, however a $75 booking fee is required to be paid within one week of your scheduled time or the appointment will be cancelled. Once a booking fee is paid, the same cancellation terms apply as seen above.
Also please note that when scheduling a touch-up after your INITIAL procedure, the appointment must be within 8 weeks to qualify for touch-up pricing. If the touch-up is more than 8 weeks after your initial appointment, there is a $50 price increase.
